2. Key Privacy Commitment

We do not collect, store, upload, or process your image files on any server. All image processing (conversion, compression, cropping) happens locally in your browser using your device's computing resources. Your files never leave your device.

We do not require account registration or personal information to use our tools.

3.2 Automatically Collected Information

We may collect limited technical data through analytics tools:

• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Referring website
• Pages visited and time spent
• IP address (anonymized)

This data is collected via Google Analytics 4 and Umami (privacy-friendly analytics). We do not link this data to individual users.

3.3 User Feedback

We offer two feedback mechanisms:

Thumbs up/down buttons (👍/👎): When you click these, we record an anonymous feedback event via Umami. No personal data is collected.

Feedback form (📧): You may optionally submit a free-text message (e.g., bug reports, suggestions) via the feedback form. This message is sent to our email via Resend (email delivery service) and is not stored on our servers. The feedback form collects:

• The tool name you are using
• Any text you choose to include in your message

Please do not include sensitive personal information in your feedback message. We use your message solely to improve our service and respond to inquiries if you provide contact details. IP addresses are temporarily processed in memory for rate limiting and are not logged or stored.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for website functionality and analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings or by using ad-blocking browser extensions.

We use the following third-party services:

• Right to access: The only third-party-collected data we could potentially access is anonymized analytics reports from Google Analytics and Umami — these are aggregated and not linked to individual users.
• Right to deletion / correction: Because we do not maintain user profiles or personal databases, there is typically no stored personal data for us to delete or correct.
